Success stories from the RBM Supplier Development Programme through Zizzy Skills Centre

Attending the Business Development course offered by Zizzy Skills Centre through the RBM Supplier Development Programme has transformed Intokazi Environmental Consultant (PTY LTD). The training enabled the company to grow rapidly and access new business opportunities across the region. Company director Sinenhlanhla Mngadi, who leads environmental and occupational safety consulting services, describes attending the course at ZCBF last year as one of the best decisions for her business. The training equipped her with essential skills, including financial discipline and effective business management. “I have grown so much through that training. It has opened doors to more RFQs from businesses across the region. I’ve even managed to buy a company vehicle,” said Mngadi.

Through her water business, Nomonde Buthelezi (46) is improving livelihoods in her Mzingazi community. She attributes much of her business’s success to the training she received from Zizzy Skills Centre as part of the 2023 RBM Supplier Development Programme. The programme helped Culture Water become a fully registered business with stronger strategies and policies, enabling more efficient operations. “Today, we are a compliant company thanks to that training. We can now sustain and manage our finances through company-developed policies, which help us run a smooth and effective business,” said Buthelezi.Culture Water currently employs 12 full-time staff, one trainee, and operates three shops in KwaMbonambi.
